Meet our specialty partners
Voyage Comics
Voyage Comics is a Catholic publisher of comics and books for children and adults, with a goal of inspiring readers to lead lives of heroic virtue. Writer Philip Kosloski founded the company in 2018 because he wanted stories that convey truth, beauty, and goodness. Voyage describes itself as the largest Catholic comic book company in the world, and its titles range from the lives of the saints to superheroes and fantasy adventure.
Voyage says each of its publications is reviewed for theological accuracy by the local bishop and diocese, and that its current comic titles have received a Nihil Obstat and Imprimatur. That makes its materials a natural fit for parish schools, religious education programs, and any Catholic organization looking for comics that match their values.
What your donation sends: assorted Roman Catholic comic-themed materials from Voyage Comics.
The Braille Superstore
The Texas School for the Blind and Visually Impaired (TSBVI) in Austin works to transform educational outcomes for students who are blind, visually impaired, or deafblind, from birth to age 22. It is both a state agency and a school district. It runs a special public school for students ages 6 to 22 on its Austin campus, which has been at its current location for over 100 years. It serves roughly 11,000 students across Texas through short-term classes, summer programs, transition services, and support for families and school districts. Family education and engagement are, in the school’s words, at the heart of what it does.
Through our partnership, ComicBooks For Kids! can purchase braille books, toys, games, and other accessible products from the school’s online store and send them to the establishment you choose.
What your donation sends: an assortment of braille and accessible products from the school’s online store. We can choose the assortment for you, or you can tell us which items you’d like.

A note on transparency
ComicBooks For Kids! keeps 15% of each specialty donation to support the Comic Books for Schools program. In exchange, we coordinate with the partner: placing your order on their site, working with them on what goes in the order, and making sure it reaches the establishment you chose. Our specialty partners aren’t 501(c)(3) nonprofits, so this is how we help them take part. Your donation is made to ComicBooks For Kids!, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
