The ComicBooks For Kids! name and logo are trademarked and may not be used without our written permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

3. Donations

Donations made through this website are voluntary charitable gifts. Once accepted, donations are generally considered final, non-refundable, and irrevocable — this is standard practice for 501(c)(3) organizations, since charitable gifts become the property of the organization upon receipt.

That said, we will consider a refund in narrow circumstances, including:

The donation was made in error (e.g., wrong amount entered, or an accidental duplicate charge)
The donation was made using a lost, stolen, or unauthorized payment method
The donor intended to give to a different organization

To request a refund under one of these circumstances, contact us at mark@comicbooksforkids.org within 10 days of the donation. Tax receipt eligibility depends on your jurisdiction and individual tax situation; consult your own tax advisor. We reserve the right to decline any donation.

4. Comic and Material Donations

Physical donations of comics and related materials are accepted subject to our [Donation Guidelines] and remain the property of ComicBooks For Kids! once received. We reserve sole discretion over which donated materials are distributed, and to which recipients.

5. Requests for Comics

Hospitals, schools, and other organizations requesting comics through this website must meet our eligibility criteria. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval or a specific delivery timeline.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites (such as payment processors or partner organizations). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party sites.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
