Bleeding Cool Celebrates CB4K’s Legends Coloring Book
Comic book legends come together to bring creativity and joy to children in hospitals.
In October 2019, Bleeding Cool featured ComicBooks For Kids!’s Legends Vol. 1 coloring book, a special project bringing together 34 talented comic book artists who generously donated their artwork to support hospitalized children.
The 56-page collection featured artwork from celebrated creators including Stan Sakai, Art Baltazar, Dan Parent, William Stout, and the late Mike Wieringo. With two cover designs, perforated pages, crayons, mazes, and interactive activities, the book was created to offer creative fun for children of all ages and artistic abilities.
Most copies were destined for hospitals across the country, while proceeds from a limited number sold to the public helped fund the printing and shipping of additional books to children in need.
This project reflects the generosity of the comic book community and our shared mission to bring imagination, creativity, and smiles to children facing challenging circumstances.
